Default Hello from a mom of 7

Hello, I am a 41 year old mom of 7 ages 19 to almost 10 months. I live in Serbia, Europe. I have had a brief encounter with T-tapp a few years ago (even posted a bit in the forum), but didn't keep up with. Since then I had two more babies (which both had some health issues and we spent some time in the hospital), had some health issues after this delivery and have gained some more weight. My baby is still nursing and it seems that every time I try to eat less, my milk supply suffers. So, I have just decided to leave the eating as it is until I wean her. But I have to do something about starting to exercise. I tried walking daily in January, but my varicose veins starting hurting, so I had to stop.

After I read Charlotte's story on her blog, I got new hope. If she can get in shape after 12 children and at her age, I guess I can do it after 7 at my age! I do not have the means of purchasing a DVD yet, but fervently praying for a solution (starting to save up for at least the BWO). Meanwhile I have pulled out all my old printed out free exercises, found some more online and bookmarked all the free videos. I want to be consistent and not give up this time.

And I want to spend some more time in the forums for motivation

    Welcome Natalija!!!

Definitely stick around here--the forums are a wealth of knowledge and encouragement!

The Try Before You Buy videos are good and many ladies have done them while waiting to get their workout dvds, and they have lost inches, too!

Do be aware that your body will heal from the inside out, so there might be more "inner changes" than outer for awhile. And don't worry about the eating--I was nursing my 9th baby fully when I started T-Tapp so I mainly focused on exercise. Slowly over the past 5 years I have made better choices, but I never "deprived" myself. Little choices add up!

    HUGS to you!

    Welcome Natalija!

You can enter a contest to win free TTapp videos. The drawings are 3 times a month. You can enter daily. http://www.t-tapp.com/contest/

As Trisch said, the forum is a wonderful place to be encouraged and learn so much.

Thank you both for the warm welcome. Trish I read your testimony and I am very encouraged. Nanci, thank you for that tip, I will definitely check that out. I have done some T-tapp 4 times last week and twice this week. I can feel how it is good for my back! So inch loss or not, I know I have to keep doing this! I also feel I can not slouch any more at the computer or standing up. I keep straightening my back even when laying to nurse my baby

Your blog is very creative and inspiring! You have a beautiful family.

Senior TTapp Trainer Kayla Howard is giving away videos this week. Her blog is so full of wonderful information and lots of great tips, as is Trisch's blog.
Here is one of Kayla's wonderful videos...even if this is one of the few things you work on (ribs up) you will see changes http://kaylahoward.com/hmmare-slouching?vm=r
I wish I had seen this when I first started tapping.

You already know about Charlotte's, so that's good.

I just thought about the fact that you have a newly certified Trainer not too far from you. TaraC is in Crete. http://www.t-tapp.com/success/tarac/

Welcome, Natalija! You don't happen to be on MOMYS, do you???? I thought I recognized your name/location from the MOMYS digest, but I may be mistaken.
Either way, glad you're here and glad you've already experienced some success with TTapp---yeah! I've been Tapping for just a few months and have felt so much better inside and also my energy has been higher than normal. I'm also a mom of 7, so every little bit of extra energy is greatly appreciated and treasured, isn't it?!?
