    Default Shoes for narrow feet

Just wondering what shoes any of you with narrow feet work best for T-Tapp?

    Hi Barb,
I have very narrow feet and have found the Sketchers 2250 to work well in a medium width. I got mine at www.heelandsoulshoes.com for $36.00 with shipping. I bought a pair of running shoes at Foot Solutions, Brooks in a narrow. They were pricy but felt wonderful and had a good, roomy toe box. You may have to go and try on shoes. I highly recommend Foot Solutions. Let them know that you would like to be able to raise your big toe up during the workout and need a larger toe box.

I have found that with a narrow feet, well we just have less surface area to carry our weight. This year has been very trying on my feet. A touch of Plantar Fasciitis. So glad I could T-Tapp and especially could do the floor workouts instead of.... no workouts.

    Dear Barb,
When I first read this post I did not catch that it was for weighted shoes! Sorry.

I use a pair of weighted shoes called Muscle Trainers. The weight is from the bottom like Teresa suggest, however they are a bother to put on and make you feel like Herman Munster walking around the house. Personally I could not imagine doing HTF in them. There are some really strong women out there doing T-Tapp!

I found mine on EBay. I think I paid more for shipping than the shoes! LOL.

Georgia, one day, I will try doing HTFH with weighted shoes. When that happens, (could be in 5 years) I will let you know that I am truely strong...
