And is anything harder to do than inhale deep and exhale deeper during the stretch just before Airplanes? If I had enough air in my lungs and diaphragmatic power, I'd scream in misery.

Inhale is important, as oxygen help you burn more fat. During Airplane is the time you sweat like crazy, sweating is good, fat shift will be over sooner, think about it.

I really tried to keep my tummy in and back flat and klt during Airplanes and when I was done, I REALLY felt it in my midsection.

I love, love, LOVE Total Workout Instructional. I think Thread the Needle, Torso Twist, Step-Together, and Lawnmowers are tons of fun. I've come to enjoy Lunges, too. I can't wait to put it all together in a few weeks and do the entire Total Workout.

Geez, and I thought it was a great day when I learned to tweak and love Plies and T-Tapp Twist (those are fun, too)...

It was good to read this thread today. I've been doing a lot of AL recently and now I'm having a fat shift on my inner thigh -they are *such* a funny shape currently...although I would have to wear a very short skirt for anyone else to know!

I'm thinking how many of us get that dreaded fat shift and totally freak out and just stop dead in the water?? I have in mind that thread on consistency that I was reading about yesterday. What a great thread to read this morning...thanks, ladies!
