One inch travels north!
It's been a long time since my last thread although I kept on reading and sometimes posting to other threads. I was struggling with wo, consistency and stress, and tons of work. I was doing my best to stay consistent since November (after a few months of a very chaotic wo). I took Kayla's training (thank you Kayla!), I signed for Michelle's Commit-to-be-fit (thank you Michelle!) but I wasn't super punctual because all of the reasons above. Although I did my best. For the first few weeks I was 'fighting' with BWO but it was so hard! I had a choice - to hate my every single morning and miss workouts or to go back to More. I had chosen BWO because I really didn't have more than 15 mins daily.
Then after new year I saw how much stress I had been under for the last months of the previous year and all came to place. In January I was able to re-schedule my duties and start wo regularly. I continued with More and I felt much better and confident than for the previous 4-5 months. As you can imagine I was not very strict with measuring during those periods - there was no need, everything was tight
I wasn't losing anything. Despite my SP eating and my wo! But since I had made my decision in January I took my measures. I measured again in mid January and this Sunday. The results are: 2, 75 inches gone for the first 2 weeks! I mean really gone, after months of nothing! And my favourite part now: 0 inches for the last 10 days BUT half an inch goes up
Yup, everything is moving upwards! That might be just 0,5 inch but it is a whole 1 cm! Even more in some places! I have my tummy flattest than ever! Even than the major inch loss exactly 1 year ago! My legs and butt are not moving though, but I see them tightening and my upper part is changing! And this is from More, either the wo or home version, 3-4 times a week! And yes, walking the dog for 1 hour every morning. I am so happy I could go back to brushing daily too!
Today I started More again but I had to finish after the BWO portion because I was so much in sweat! I really tried to tuck, push and hold everything in place. So maybe, after all, I am getting where I want to be, just very slow
