    I love that, too!

My mom always told me I'd appreciate it when I was 40! I even appreciate it at almost-50! LOL! Just recently the girls and I were singing/playing for a mother/daughter banquet, and a lady asked who was the oldest. My oldest dd said she was, then I joked, "Well, really, I am! I'm the mom!" The lady was so amazed! She said, "You're the MOM?!" Then she told one of her friends, "She's the MOM!"

The last time Mom and I went to the salon for manicures, she and her nail tech were talking about age/aging and Mom told the nail tech she was (at the time) 72, and the lady's chin hit the floor. She said, "You don't look more than 50 or 55!". She even asked me if Mom was putting her on and I assured her she wasn't.

Mom's sister, who is nearly 5 yrs. older has had lousy health for a long time. She's had a couple of bouts of cancer, has had a heart procedure, lost a leg due to radiation from cancer, has struggled with borderline diabetes, gall bladder issues, had a somewhat botched hysterectomy yet, despite all this, her skin barely has any lines, her hair is still thick and healthy and her fingernails are perfect. I think the women in my family just might have been given some pretty decent hair/skin/nails DNA. I'm intensely grateful for this, and I know I will be even more grateful as the years go by.

I just started brushing two weeks ago and already started noticing a big improvement on my tummy. The cellulite is going away.

    You can do it!

I was at a clinic with Kirsten last week and she recommended taking a photo of the cellulite area before starting brushing and then taking another a month, two months out after consistent brushing. Sometimes it's hard to see the day to day stuff, but before and after photos can really help us see how far we've come!

I've been skin brushing on and off for the past 9-months, T-Tapping for 10-months, Alfalfa (2-10 every day) for 9-months. In my personal progress pictures between the beginning and 9-months, I can see less cellulite. The "lumpies" are definitely smaller. I am a more-to-loose gal of 40 (no children) with a pear-shape. I carry my weight in the thighs, hips, and derriere. Thanks for this thread because I hadn't even noticed that last month since I wasn't really looking. I was just looking for shape changes. I do love my CRT brush and will keep going.

I just thought I would add to this thread that stretch marks can be an indication for the need of zinc

I've only just started but I've had one instant reaction - after my first time face brushing my lips immediately plumped up! In addition, my lower lip is normally always chapped but since starting face brushing three days ago it hasn't chapped at all... which is very unusual for me.

I've had chapped lips since I was 10. I'm now 31 and wondering if it was a circulatory problem all along!

I know! Hope it lasts. And hope it works as well on my eye wrinkles.

I have been consistently skin brushing for about a year. Recently upped my daily brushing to 2-3 times/day b/c Jennifer Forstrom said that is a hint one of last year's Challenge winners did... brush before and after your work-out. I also like to brush before my shower (which is often after my work-out). I am a tall gall - a combo, bordering on short waist - so I have a bit of challenge with a larger "butt" and top of outer leg - cellulite likes those areas! The skin brushing has DEFINITELY helped - it's not gone yet even after a year, but it is so much better... my brush is one of my best personal care items!!
