    Question 3rd Trimester and boot camp

    Hi everyone!
    I've be ttapping 3x/wk (BWO+) all the way through this pregnancy and it has helped tremendously with all the aches and pains. I've got about 2 1/2 mo to go. My question is, I took a break from the workout for about 2 wks. How important is the boot camp? I can't seem to do more than 2 days in a row. I'm on my third try. My pattern seems to be 2 days on and 1 day off. Does it matter if I just go back to 3x/wk? Thanks for the help.

    That's great that it has helped you.

    I'm sure others who know more will answer, but I was sure I've heard trainers say that bootcamps are optional...you don't actually have to do one. My mama instinct would be to listen to your body and do what you can and not feel like you "have" to do a certain number of days. It's alot of work already being pregnant!
