I've be ttapping 3x/wk (BWO+) all the way through this pregnancy and it has helped tremendously with all the aches and pains. I've got about 2 1/2 mo to go. My question is, I took a break from the workout for about 2 wks. How important is the boot camp? I can't seem to do more than 2 days in a row. I'm on my third try. My pattern seems to be 2 days on and 1 day off. Does it matter if I just go back to 3x/wk? Thanks for the help.
