I have a confession. I started a new job this week and it completely threw me off for a couple of days, except for brushing and PBS. And I did manage to get in a BWO+ on Monday. But I am back on track! Today was a really good day all round. Tomorrow I will catch up on my HTF.

Good thing about me: I'm a hard worker.

Doing pretty well, just not getting to post here every day. Did Ladybug BWO+ & Floor today, brushed, ate well (although I'm struggling with some cravings tonight), but getting that water in every day is quite a challenge for me. Slept 7 hours, and I've been very consistent with T-Tapp since the end of November.

Did Ladybug BWO+. Rolled on the floor laughing watching most of the Ladybug floorwork.....does that count for my floorwork? There's ABSOLUTELY NO WAY I can do most of the moves. I am "more to lose" with long legs. I CAN get my hands on my knees, so OIP and half frogs are within the realm of possibility. I can NOT bend my knees and grab my toes with a straight back (too much abs in the way...and long legs....not a good combo). And my core is not strong enough yet to control the weight of both my legs with good form...so the Hoe-downs on the Floor are out, as are a number of other moves from the DVD. Any tips for form modification are welcome, since I know I need to get my core strong. Should I whisper a goal? (i want to be able to do all of Ladybug Floor by this time next year....).

Eating...ate controlled, reasonable portions, and healthy snacks.
Water...3/4 gallon. I'd like to be at one gallon (I have a lot of stuff to flush out).
Sleep...not so good...I have a major crick in my neck that won't relax.
Stress-relief...went out for dinner with my husband!
What I like about myself....I don't take myself too seriously (most of the time).
    Brushed.
Challenge...Did OIP and Half Frogs. And laughed a lot at the rest of the floorwork, after watching awhile in stunned disbelief. I can't wait until I can do more of it.

Finished brushing, BWO+, last 10 min. of HTF. I haven't been doing PBS at night. I make sure to get it done once a day. Water intake has not been too good the last couple of days. I will work on that today. I am starting my second fast day of the week today. I slept really well last night.

Positive - I made Kara laugh.

I have been bad about posting. Taking it a bit slower as I'm recovering from surgery, etc. But I did do the full basic plus tempo and hit the floor. Doing okay with everything else except staying hydrated.

How on earth do you do hit the floor without skinning your tailbone? I've never been able to do it more than once a week because it hurts so much. And I am using an exercise mat on the carpet.

BlueSavannah, have you tried a rolled towel under your tailbone? It might help provide some cushioning, and it does help you use your abs better. ???

Workout-I did a condensed one last night. Didn't get it in this morning, but plan to tonight.
    Water-did well yesterday
Rest-not good. I was up three times with different children last night. Hoping to take a nap later
Stress-see above Maybe we'll order pizza tonight instead of making it. That's always a treat
    Good-I'm organized (thanks, Mom!)
Eating-lost it yesterday. Nothing really bad, no plowing through packages of Oreos or anything, but I didn't make any of my goals, either
    Brushing-yes!
Apparently I don't like to be challenged, because I keep forgetting them! You'd think with my waist/abs being my "biggest" area of concern (sorry for the pun) I'd at least remember OIP before bed, but by the time it's bedtime, I'm done. What do you do to remember to do OIP before bed???

Brooke - I would call ROFL a workout in itself! I have done that myself!!

It has been a while since I have checked in but I am still going strong. Letting off a little because of adreanal issues. Yesterday went down in a big flaming bag of poo!!! But, I'm still plugging away. I have already done BWO+ this morning and I am getting ready to go brush and shower. So far doing good on water. I will do my green smoothie for lunch. Positive about me is I am very friendly! Well, I am off for the day. I hope everyone has a great day and a wonderful weekend!

LOL, Brooke! What a funny mental picture I have of you! I feel that way when I anything T-Tapp for the first time. "You want me to what and put my what where and stay tucked at the same me???"

Did everybody go to Safety Harbor? This thread has been QUIET!

I've been doing well in everything but exercise the last few days. My neck and shoulder are painful, so it hurts to even turn or tilt my head a little bit. I'm hoping to get PBS, Ladybug BWO+ and OIP/HF and Butterflies done today, and keep on track with everything else.

Let's keep making little choices, like Kara. I KNOW consistency is key!

Hi, ladies, I'm still here! Not all of us are gone!

    Brooke. I'm sorry you're hurting!

Workout-not done, yet, but I plan to get on it soon
Water-hmmm, not on that, yet, either
Rest-GOOD! Only up once and slept well in between
Relax-I read a book in the bath
Good-I have a good sense of humor, thus:
Eating-Can I tell you about my attempt at a green smoothie this morning? This is what got me sidetracked. First, my organic baby spinach was baby spring mix. Never made a smoothie with spring mix, but it should work, right? Then the bananas were gone. That's OK, I'll use some frozen strawberries. Really frozen. Really, really frozen. I don't have a 3 horsepower blender. Oh, and you know that plastic thingy on the lid . . . that thing that lets you add in liquids as you blend? It's got a hole in it. A BIG hole. Ask me how I know. There's still dark green smears on my glass front cabinets. Ew! Oh, and when your hands are slimy and you drop the lid, do you know what not-quite-smooth green smoothie looks like spread all over the kitchen floor? Humph! Going to the store this morning to get the right ingredients.
    Brush-yes
Challenge-OIP before bed, but forgot PBS first thing

Updating: Did a nice, long, sweaty workout that left me tingly afterward.
