Asha, I like your signature! I'm a book-lover as well.

Did BWO+, brushing, ate healthy, drank lots of water, relaxed this afternoon, slept amazingly last night.
Something I like about myself...I don't give up easily on important things.

I did the first part of LB, standing thru HD. That wasn't too bad since I'm used to BWO+. But then I 'read' the next part. Wow, I don't think I'll ever get that.
    Got my water in.
Did brushing today after skipping a couple of days.
Positive-I guess I'm a strong woman. A year ago DH went to the hosp & nearly died from pneumonia & septic shock. It was a month before he came home. We've made it through the year. He's done really well until recently. Now he has an appt Thurs for an angiogram. We're hoping for good.

Will do PBS OIP and \HF before bed. Water was so so, need more.Felt stressed though nothing to be stressed about.

Today I have completed LB BWO+, TTN, last 10 min. of HTF, brushing. Yesterday I did not do PBS at night, it was too late when I got in. I had a fairly good sleep last night, except for terrible dreams. Water was OK yesterday. I will try to do better today. I will do my second fast tomorrow.

I have a question. When I do LB BWO+, TTN and the last 10 min. of HTF, does that constitute a full WO based on the amout of time it takes to complete?

Positive - I'm in pretty darn good shape.

    Mary

Congrats, Allison! 4 inches in 2 days is IMPRESSIVE!

Did OIP, BWO+, brushing, water, eating well.
I like myself for being willing to learn how to be strong emotionally when I need to be. Got to start somewhere...

Welcome, Kristen. Make sure you start back with those Instructionals to begin with. They are not a "warm-up"! You will start seeing results right away. You might want to re-post your questions on a new thread so that more people can welcome you and help you get answers, since not everyone is checking this thread. Also, you might want to give a little more info, how many sizes you feel you need to lose, what "worked out regularly" looks like, etc. We're glad you're here!!

Workout-finally done late afternoon, 2 reps, but they were the best reps I could muster!
    Water-good
    Rest-7 hours, not quite enough
Relax-I took a warm salt bath and read a mothering book while I soaked . . . aaahhh! Came out a much nicer person!
    Good-I'm a hard worker
Eating-so, so. Third night in a row I've had Mexican for dinner
Brushing-shucks, I forgot to do it last night, but I brushed before my bath tonight
Challenge-nope. Forgot OIP last night and PBS this morning. I've got to get my head out of the clouds!

Mary, you made me laugh . . . my eight year old has been saying "pretty darn good" about just about everything lately. Made me laugh to see it here!
