    Today is an off day. Did PBS, TTT Stretch, brushed. Will do extra HDs throughout the day. I will also focus on water intake. Slept well, food intake is low. I seem to be not that interested in eating.

    Last few days have been busy...busy...one of my dearest freinds diagnosed with cancer, lost electricity, furnace went out, new washer and dryer (yea), hubby purchased and eleptical (how to TTAP stance on an eleptical?), flexibility demanded for someone very methodical. Anyway....since last posted except Sun and Mon water intake has been good. I've been continuing to alternate every other workout with Lady bug standing and floor, mixing in Awesome legs and Diva Dierre on 2 of the days (1 off day, 1 workout day),total of 4 workouts week 1. Missed Sun and Mon dry skin brushing, picked back up on it yesterday. Tuesday ended up being an unscheduled off day with exercising and didn't get home until really late. I like the PBS challenge for the week, always feel better afterwards, just need to get in the habit. Still need to work on stating something good each day about myself. Food wise has been going better, consciously have been eating much less foods with ingredients I cannot pronounce, GM instead of man made. Have yet to make it an entire day of entirely GM. Inch loss is back to pre-holiday measurements, ready to see more go.

    No WO, yesterday. I was out all day and playing "catch up" so it wasn't a very good day on all fronts, so "forgetting what lies behind and pressing on" . . .

    Today:
    Workout-done
    Water-good so far
    Rest-8 hours
    Relax?-not sure, yet
    Good-I can be very brave
    Eating-good so far
    Brushing-Ooops, I forgot. I'll do that tonight!!

    I'm back!! The past few days have been complete failure. BUT, I am back today and my workout is done (BWO+) over half my water drank, green smoothie for breakfast. So far so good!!
    Good about me: I am determined!
    Will brush tonight before bed.

    Did More chair and broom today then AL,TTT. I find the More workout really activates muscles, I didn't use in BWO+! I think I was using momenteum on some of them!
    I have been brushing 2x a day. Water could be better. Stress not bad it has been like -40 here I havn't left the house since Fri so no walking. I am energetic!

    Did bwo+ and diva derriere(just 8 reps of each), water was good, food was okay. I am a strong woman. I was able to spend some time reading through the forums, everybody has such great information to share, I also found the answers to some questions that I had.

    This morning I completed MORE FMHTY, OIP/HF, brushing. I will do extra HDs throughout the day. Today should be day two of this week's fast days, but I'm not sure whether I will do one or two fasts this week. Brad says you can do one or two fasts/week. I plan on focusing on water intake today. Some days are better than others. I slept well and feel rested.

    Positive - I am really enjoying my WOs.
