Thanks Nanci! I watched "Yes you can" this morning and was so motivated. I loved that the "big picture" of the moves were explained. That is so helpful. Now, I am off to do my first workout with the instructional portion of the 15 minute workout. Very exciting! Have a great day all!!!

Hi Dolly! Glad you are here! :-)
I did MORE Instructional and Chair this morning. I'm on-track with water intake. Sleep still needs improvement.
Thank you for the recommendation regarding which floor workout should come first. I too have LB, but haven't done it since injuring my hip this past June.

Tempo Basic+, OIP/HF/E and AL today. Tomorrow, I'll add the movements from the last 10 min of HTF and see how that goes. I'll have to do it from the list Michelle wrote, though (thanks for that, Michelle!). I am waiting for a new copy of HTF to arrive. My old VHS tape finally wore out. Then, I'll implement the last 10 minutes from the DVD. My daughter is home for a week and that means I have to work a little harder to fit a workout in!

I did BWO+ and brushed this morning. I usually add some arm stuff after but had a lot to do.
Had a medical today. Now have to go for all the tests and apointment for other tests. Was there 2 hours, did not get my water in didn't really drink much all afternoon. So tired tonight did not sleep well last night. Tired so I ate 3 chocolates and some chips, looking for a pick me up that did not do it. Did some hoedowns. Might just do the PBS HD HF and crawl in bed!
I do not have any floor workouts, I did order AL pop dvd I wonder if that is enough. It just hasn't got here yet.
    Positve- I get things done!

Did LB BWO (first part of standing) then LB floor. Got all my water in, brushed, struggling with controlling stress levels- when my autistic son has a bad day, it's extremely stressful...but I did reach out to friends to ask for prayers, so that was a positive step.

Something good about me: I am a dedicated, faithful person.

Just did BWO+ and the last 10 minutes of HTF. Only 5 hours of sleep last night, so dragging a little. Will work on going to bed earlier tonight. Following the eating plan to the letter, but having a dickens of a time getting that much water in every day. I'm having a hard time finding good things about myself every day, too. I feel a little sad about that...

Skin brushing has become a habit so that's going well, and my hubby and I watched one of our favorites on TV to relax.

How about that you are taking charge of your health? That you're "showing up" to do your workouts? That you're here on the forum making friends with fellow TTappers?
I know this was a struggle for me too. Just wanted to encourage you

Hi Did BWO+ this morning, will do some floor work after posting. Have managed the water, eating OK. I have been consistent with posting updates.
