Callie, I was so surprised---and encouraged that you feel like I am doing well. The gain came on gradually. I have been consuming about equal amounts of protein and starches, so now I am going to up the starches. Eating those buttery mashed potatoes will be like being in diet heaven.
Also, is it okay to continue overfeeding even if that initial month is over. It seems like it's more important to listen to our bodies than to restrict ourselves by the calendar, right? If my temperatures have not yet risen, if I'm still getting hungry between meals, then I must continue, only more diligently.
