Callie, I think my low temps probably are related to poor nourishment. I have never been a good vegetable eater (except maybe 20 years ago when I did Weight Watchers and you had to count your breads, fruits, etc. and most vegetables were free.) I'm wondering why the doctor prescribed Armour thyroid at the same time he told me to eat like a cave man. (btw, tomorrow I will be eating like an Italian cave man. : ) He's supposedly a holistic doctor. I would have expected him to implement the dietary changes first--especially since I don't have severe hypothyroid symptoms.

I found this website with some helpful information. There's a quiz to see if your symptoms are hypothyroid, adrenal, or a mixture. There are also charts for recording temperatures, and some other good stuff.
