    Default diva derriere

I mixed up my floor work out this morning and broke out TLB instead of HTF.
    I forgot about DD.

I did manage to do 10 reps of each portion on each side, and my behind HURTS. I guess i've got a goal of working up to all the reps. Ow.

I'm just finishing a 10 days of DD, having not done it for a couple of months and slap-slap-slap regularly throughout is the only way I can get through it! (I love the results though!)

You can do less reps each side--just do the same on each side so you don't get "lopsided"!

My nearly dil and I were just commenting how amazing it was that something that only takes a very few minutes can have such a huge impact! (And HURT so badly!!!!! But the slapping and stretching takes all the hurt away - as does fitting in smaller pants/skirts!)

Do not be confused, I am NOT a trainer just someone who has been around for over 12 years and talks too much!

Hopefully one of the many Certified T-Tapp Trainers will be along shortly, with the most accurate information.

Thought I might as well share on this post - I had an a-ha moment while doing DD last night. I've never really been able to engage my abs while doing DD, it's the thing I always forget to check while doing the move. So last night I did OIP first, then was able to really zip up my abs while on my side and found that... Not only were my abs working harder, but my butt muscles seemed to be working harder too (I didn't think this was possible!).
