There is a new page on T-Tapp.com and it is my current favorite. A long time ago, when I first started working at T-Tapp, Teresa told me about a move that could shape my thighs in just 5 minutes a day. Even my T-Tapp Cheerleader self could not wrap my head around the possibility, it just sounded too good to be true. Ms. Tapp challenged me to try it myself and the rest is history.
