Hi all, and thanks Kayla - I love the opportunity for some coaching, having done ttapp off and on for ten years or so (ok, more off than on...). Just got Kayla's comments back on my video, and I can feel the difference already after just 3 BWO+ with her tweaks. I'll be brave enough for a TWO tomorrow! I'm doing the Vibrant Living BWO+ schedule, but trying to do TWO every fourth day as well, especially after Kayla's newsletter about TWO benefits.

We're expecting snow tonight for a white Christmas here in eastern Ontario (Canada) - we live an hour west of Canada's capital, Ottawa, on a small farm. I "retired" from city living and a government job 5 years ago, but I still spend way too much time at the computer. One of my facebook friends posted this youtube video link: - it's a great message and sounds so sensible - the doctor's question at the end is "can you limit your sitting and sleeping to just 23 1/2 hours a day?" - so you can spend the other 30 minutes exercising! Should be easy when you look at it that way! (If the link doesn't work, go to youtube and search for DocMikeEvans and his "twenty-three and a half hours" video.)

I'm so jealous of all of you that have snow! We've had nothing but rain, rain, and more rain expected. Not at all normal for central Ohio.
so - I am sick again. My brother in law brought his sick kids to the family party last week and now we all have the crud. I swear I haven't been sick in about 5 years and then BAM! I get it 2 times in less than 2 months. So I'm taking it easy again but I'll be back on track ASAP. Have a wonderful Christmas everyone!

    Good afternoon!

I just signed up for the 30-day coaching program.

I wanted to see if anyone else was doing the program now?

I was going to start tomorrow. Would you like to keep each other accountable?

I'm going to get my DVD out now. We had a trip to the ER for my son with a sprained ankle, so I completely forgot about T-Tapp!

    Default HI!

Hi Christi!Well, I didn't get a notification that anyone responded so I do apologize for my lateness. It would be great to have you for a T-Tapp buddy!I'm starting my second week due to Hurricane Issac. I missed so many days without electricity and didn't do any workouts, but I did keep my eating in check every day but one.So, here I am starting the second week over. I lost 9.5 inches my first week (skipping measuring this week) and will pick back up next Monday (after Labor Day) and measure again. BTW, I have an Excel spreadsheet that will calculate your loss each week if you want a copy of mine? Just let me know.Best to you and inch loss! Woo Hoo!P.S. Thanks Kayla for putting this program together! It is just what I needed to get back in the game I love reading the daily emails and watching the videos. ((hug))

Sorry the message has no returns above. I couldn't get them to stick so it globbed it all together.
