I learned this little trick as I've been doing psoas release exercises given to me by my chiropractor. There are seven release exercises and I've been amazed, though not surprised, at how many T-Tapp exercises incorporate moves I've been doing to rehab my back. Reach Scoops is just one example. Doing what you described, Trisch, is the last of the seven I do everyday. I don't know if I do this when rinsing my hair in the shower or not, b/c it's become kind of second nature. I will pay attention though, b/c it's a fantastic idea!
