I'm back again!
I got to thinking (it's addictive, this T-Tapp thing!!!), and wondered if anybody knew the best way to sleep....I don't expect muscle activation, but I'm thinking some positions have to be better than others for optimal breathing and posture? I can't sleep on my back, since my lower back starts to throb after awhile (I think I have a fat roll that presses on some blood vessel, since I didn't use to have this problem when I was a "normal" weight).
Also, this morning while skin brushing, I actually felt light-headed. Too many toxins released, or something else?
Thoughts and suggestions on either of these topics welcome!
Hope you have a fantastic day!
