Default OH MY GOSH SATI !!!

I can't believe how hard it is to do than a regular walking workout. I managed to do the whole thing with extra water breaks. My muscles feel so tired and I sure do feel the burn.

It's a doozy, isn't it?! I love SATI--love it more now that I can keep my traps out of it! (Lift ribs! )

And you will never be able to "just go for a walk" again--you are now officially ruined! *high fives!*

I had SATI for YEARS before I could do the whole thing without extra water breaks. I did it yesterday, after Tempo Torso, and I was worked out all day!!

Way to go everybody! It's such a great workout!

It's on the board for tonight after work (with my son's almost-fiance). I bought SITTM on the DDT so I figure I better do SATI a couple times to "warm up" for the "main event". LOL

SATI is such a good workout in merely 23 minutes! Like all of T-Tapp, it's what you make it. No activation = no results.

Way to go! It's a doozy, isn't it? I was so excited a couple of days ago because I made it to about the half-way point. My goal is to be able to do the whole thing within the next week or two.

Buffy, if you want to prepare yourself for SITTM do Tempo Torso before SATI for a few days, that will be about right.
