    Smile Hurricane Irene Is NO MATCH for This T-Tapper!

    I posted a prayer request yesterday for my df, Jennifer (just7) who lives in New England and has been out of power since 5:30 yesterday morning, and it could be 10 days before they get it back! They have a generator but it's not working for some reason.

    About a month ago she was wanting to get back into consistency and has an event the first of October to shoot for, so I've been helping her come up with a plan. She's been doing great sticking to it!

    She texted me this morning and said the big need was water--how could she work out and not get a shower?!

    I told her she could be excused due to circumstances!

    She texted back, and I quote:

    "I'm doing good, can't stop now cuz of some stupid hurricane!"

    Now that's a WINNNING attitude!

    Yay for Jennifer! Tell her I'm praying for her. I miss her on here, but I understand why she can't be here much. I'm just glad she's still tapping!

    Trisch, tell her wipes and powder do a pretty good job! That's what I used the day I came out to CT for your class.

    And what else is there to do when there is no power, but T-tapp? It's a great way to kill time!

    I hope her power comes back soon though. I know what it is like to be without power for an extended period of time and it is NOT fun!

    WOW! Now, THAT'S committment! We were without power for THREE WEEKS after our "twin sister" hurricanes of '04. It was SO HOT I could hardly breathe, much less Tapp (if I had been tapping)! We could take COLD showers long before 3 weeks though... funny how COLD is not so fun even when you are SO HOT!

    Yeah, I tried to get her to jump in her pool--she said it was gross and cold! LOL!

    They do have a working generator now! (Had some issues, but it's going strong!)
