Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Just wanted to share that I found a massage therapist in Iowa City who is certified in lymphatic drainage. Had a massage this week. It's very different from traditional Swedish technique, but it was extremely relaxing, very gentle. If you get a chance to have one of these, I encourage you to do so.

I had one of these few months ago - I'm used to having very firm sports massages so this was a totally different experience! I really enjoyed it though and think it would be great to have once or twice a year.
