    Default Let me be honest!

The first week I did the Instructional 1 I honestly thought I was going to die. My knees were so sore I quit for 4 days and then started again. I have been doing the same WO but every two days, big difference! I can handle it better. I dont have severe rubber legs after the WO like I did. I can actually keep up to Theresa and do most of the reps. Then I did the same WO regular speed with HDs. I cant quite finish one rep of HDs on each leg, but I am getting better and improving! As you've read, my MT and Naturopath both saw a big improvement in my body after just two weeks. I suffer from CFS and have a bad shoulder. I have many pain points and probably would qualify to be classed as having fibromyalgia. Many of the pain points have disappeared since starting! I am so excited. Now if I lose inches doing this, well, Im really going to be super happy. Im tired of having all the fluff and wearing tents to hide the rolls. There aint nothing sexy about being 80 pounds overweight. I have to also tell you, having someone do the workouts with me, is a HUGE encouragement. My dh wasnt home tonight so my eldest son after hearing my results from my Naturopath today decided he was going to t-tapp right along side of me. This is the guy, that does P90X on a regular basis! I am so blessed to have my guys helping me out!

Im so excited with my progress I just had to share!

Diane, you are truely blessed, and keep up with the good work. Pain free is an important element of life, more important then sexy, but if that comes with the package, go for it.

It is physical therapy, just do what you can, and do it patiently and consistently. You have remarkable results already, such testimony.

WOO HOO!! Amazing progress! Keep it up!!

I also agree that having a workout buddy helps tremendously!! I am finally getting my dad to join the "TTapp Bandwagon" and just him doing Inst.1 helps a lot!! Shows that he sees the results in me and he wants the same....very encouraging!!

    Again, WTG!!

    YAY DIANE! That is GREAT!

And your body is healing from the inside out--keep doing what you're doing. There is NOTHING wrong with taking days off in between--if your form is fresher for it you'll get more out of than if you slogged through it daily!

Once your body reaches a point of some equilibrium, you'll see those inches come off! I know because that's what's happened to me! HUGS!

Diane and Abby, that's great that you both have someone on board with you in this. Very good!

Started T-Tapp in July 2010 after searching for a good strengthening/stretching/flexibility workout. I think I found it!

LOL... Ebony, you won't see the smilies if you are doing a "quick reply". You have to hit the "go advanced" button to see them. I think that might be why you aren't seeing them. (Been there, done that! )

Diane - that is FANTASTIC! What a blessing to have less pain - makes the days so much more enjoyable.

So..... What did P90X man think of our "little workout"????? Inquiring minds need to know!

He said that if the Naturopath saw that much of an improvement, he was going to learn the routine and exercise in his dorm room so that he could have spinal alignment!
