First week + lost inches doing BWO
Yippee!! Must celebrate! I did BWO five of seven days between 07/30/11 and 08/06/11 and felt looser and a bit smaller by that Friday (08/05/11). Measured the next day and found I'd lost five inches overall. (Lost 5.5 inches but gained .5 inches in my waist). Most inches were in the bust, pecs, abdomen and hips.
Unbelievable. Well, believable really. I was able to report to some friends who were curious about T-Tapp and they were more intrigued by the moves.
I am just doing BWO Plus (the basic workout and the hoe downs) but even the first week, I took lots of water breaks and shook my legs out between moves.
Eventually I hope to work up to TWO.
