Welcome.

You have all you need to get to whatever your goal for health. You won't need more DVD but you need to activate right. Please remember to go back to Instructional 1 every few months and really get the forms and activation down. KLT lower, apply more self-created resistance during the moves, applying the way to stand, walk with the cores curled on your daily activities.

Come back to the forums to ask form questions. You can add on more and more advance tweaks with the same plain simple starter DVD's, you will never outgrow the gifts you receive from these sweet people.

Hi Vicki....I cannot Tapp anymore, it hurts my knees too much and I tore a meniscus in each knee - do you have a VCR? I believe I few VCR tapes that I could probably give to you, send me a message....
