Question Back injury . . . When is it okay to try T-Tapp?

This question is for my husband. He is presently recovering from a back spasm and going to physical therapy.

I really think he would benefit from T-Tapp--especially PBS.

I probably should know the answer to this question, but when would it be safe for him to try it? Is there a rule of thumb when recovering from a back injury?

Also, any suggestions on how to convince him to try it?

    Thanks.

I'd run it by his physical therapist. He knows your husband's condition best right now.

Not sure about when, but I would go with Kirsten and ask the therapist. As to how to convince him... I think the "Yes You Can" video is one of the most inspiring that I have seen. Teresa talks about her own struggles with back pain and how she has 3 fused vertebrae. She has such flexibility and strength, I never would have guessed that she had suffered with back problems. Best of luck!

The therapist isn't familiar with T-Tapp. I guess she could give him a go ahead for exercise in general.
