It's actually considered advanced, but because it is slow and LOTS of instruction, I really reconnected with my abs with Critter Crunch! I jokingly call it the "Instructional" for HTF!

A lot depends on how well activated your abs are. I did split CC up due to time, over two days, but still got benefits from it.

We're really making this a whole lot easier on you, Comma, aren't we?!

Hm, not sure what everybody means with activated. I know when I'm using my abs vs e.g. my back muscles, if that's what you mean?

    Nooo, this is getting harder!!!

The key is being able to keep your abs activated, in the game, working, on the moves. When I used to do HTF, I would lose activation and my back/arms/legs/whatever would take over around rep 4 or so!

I did CC over a few weeks, then several more times before returning to HTF. I made myself promise I had to stop a move when my abs were done. Some moves I only did 1 or 2 reps! Then I just reset for the next move. I finally was able to get up to all 10 reps with full activation!

Most of us have lost touch with our abs and can't tell if they are staying activated or not. CC is a great workout to have, regardless!

Like I said, put the names on slips of paper and pick one!
