    Default FBW or HTF?

I have a 50% coupon and think about redeeming it, even though I feel I got enough to occpy me for a while. I already own the BWO+, BWO Tempo, Core, SATI, and brushing DVD.
Problem area is the torso/belly: should I get the 2nd part for full body workout, or better HTF? Any advice?

    Thanks!

I would get the rest of Total Workout. You need the core work and muscle activation from the middle section of TWO that will help you get the muscle activation for floor workouts. But that's jmho!

    Hi Comma,
You really do have enough to keep you busy (wink). They're all good. HTF is great - but it requires quite a bit of lat engagement to get the form right. You could get the 2nd part of TWO to strengthen your back and core. It will definitely work your abs. Then when you get HTF you'll be ready to go full-on; or you could get HTF and let your lats grow along with you. But IMO strengthening your lats first will speed the ab work. (ummm- that's what Trisch said!)
Honestly, I'd choose MORE. I have all of the workouts including one MaxiMax, and I'm getting more out of MORE than out of the advanced workouts. It moves slower so you can really engage hard and get maximum benefit. MORE is an abbreviated TWO using 4 slow-paced reps of each move. Like other TTapp moves, it doesn't look like much, but WOW! I never would have believed that doing 4 seriously-engaged reps would be more effective than doing 8 reps... but engagement is key. It takes a while to be able to fully engage through 8 reps.
MORE includes a modified version of TTTwist, balance and a short, but very effective version of lunges. The standing work (even Plies!) seriously works your abs if you engage the abs while you're doing the moves. The moves don't look like they target your abs, but you'll feel it.
I moved quickly into the advanced workouts, but have been getting my best results with MORE. MORE covers all the key moves at a pace that allows you to really work it. MORE is my primary workout these days.

IMHO- I'd really recommend getting More to build some serious core strength, THEN get HTFcombo or TWO.

Well, I *love* HTF it was the very first workout I ever owned.
In the beginning, it was the only workout available to buy, before owning the entire TWO (I1 and I2). It is so different than anything you own, that it might be a nice diversion. Just focus on keeping *in* the muscle and you'll be fine. Many of us had nothing else and it all worked out fine, LOL!

Do not be confused, I am NOT a trainer just someone who has been around for over 11 years and talks too much!

Hopefully one of the many Certified T-Tapp Trainers will be along shortly, with the most accurate information.

    Right!

Well, I just did the BWO+ and feel like that will still entertain me for, oh, ten years or so.

(But maybe I will get HTF just because, tehe.)

Another thought... SATI is an awesome abs workout all by itself. Everytime you tuck that butt, suck in your abs. Yowzah!
I'd get HTF out of sheer curiousity, and that would be fine. If you can only afford one, I'd still vote for MORE...
Whatever you get will be a good choice

They are all so tempting! More sounds like it'll work really well (even though I'm a less-to-loose), my brain thinks I should get the other half of the wo given that that is cheapest and makes one complete wo after all, and I want HTF just because I like working out on the floor and so....you know.

I suspect I have too much already. Gotta struggle a bit here, it seems.

You could always put each one on a piece of paper and draw it out of a hat!

HTF, why hit the Floor? Get the Critter Crunch Floor before HTF, you will learn better activation from Critter Crunch Floor. That is the additional DVD I got for my sister this year, along with Tempo Arms (I got them Total and More last year when I started). Ok, I also got them Broom and Ladybug for next year.

Ordered More and TWO on 7/7/2010, Started tapping on 7/30/2010.
