    Default Chia Seed Pudding

I have just begun eating Chia Seed Pudding and I LOVE it!!!!!!! I even have my mom hooked too. It tastes just like normal pudding. My favorite "flavor" is chocolate. Amazing that only Almond milk, chia seeds, cocoa powder and some agave nectar makes such a delectable dessert!!

Does anyone else eat Chia Pudding??

Never tried it, Abbie, but it sure sounds good. Thanks for the suggestion.

By the way, Abbie, I really like your tag quote from Elizabeth Elliot. It is very true and a worthwhile goal.

I would love to start eating chia seeds and this sounds like a good way to add them in.

Yes, I make chia pudding every now and then. It's tasty and kinda fun to make, too.

I make it like this Collette:

3.5 cups milk and 1 c. chia seeds, combine
Let the mixture sit for 1hr or more
serve and add 1/2 -1 TBLS. cocoa powder and sweetener of your choice in each serving

    Enjoy!!!

It is so good! Even my siblings enjoy it......that says A LOT!

I like to make it with chocolate coconut milk! Or regular coconut and some banana mixed in. Wait a minute...I'm thinking that chocolate coconut milk with a banana mixed in...or even a little peanut butter...I digress! Anyway, chia seed pudding is great!
