    Default How does T-Tapp work?

I don't post very much on this forum, except to ask the occasional question about form, or whatever. I do, however, do quite a bit of lurking, and I know from reading other posts that T-Tapp is known to improve hormonal imbalance. My question is...how? How does it work? Particularly T-Tapp, as opposed to other forms of exercise? I'm an artist, so biology has never been my forte. The other day, I was telling my aunt (who has hormonal issues) about T-Tapp, I felt stupid, because I couldn't explain how it works. The best I could tell her was, “It just does.”

If anyone could possibly dumb it down like I'm a six year old, it would be much appreciated.

I will let others more savvy on that answer technically, but I do know T-Tapp works 5-7 muscle groups in every move and really emphasizes working the core, not just moving the muscles. By activating core muscles, and especially by building spinal muscle density, I believe those work together to help with the hormonal issues. Most women hunch over with our daily duties and get into bad habits of posture, and there is something especially about the lats that help with hormones, and T-Tapp really, really works those lats!

    That's a Reader's Digest Condensed Non-Technical version!

    HTH!

Another one, especially Cheryl's post, #7 (this is about the LadyBug move, but still some good explanations in there!)

Trisch--Thank you so much for the response including Cheryl's explanation! It is the first explanation that has made perfect sense to me based on the physiology. Thank you again.

I've been meaning to get back to this topic for some time. Thanks, Trisch, and Kirsten, for those links!

It's very interesting! Students cry during hip-openers in yoga, as well, so this totally makes sense. Amazing!
