I don't post very much on this forum, except to ask the occasional question about form, or whatever. I do, however, do quite a bit of lurking, and I know from reading other posts that T-Tapp is known to improve hormonal imbalance. My question is...how? How does it work? Particularly T-Tapp, as opposed to other forms of exercise? I'm an artist, so biology has never been my forte. The other day, I was telling my aunt (who has hormonal issues) about T-Tapp, I felt stupid, because I couldn't explain how it works. The best I could tell her was, It just does.
If anyone could possibly dumb it down like I'm a six year old, it would be much appreciated.
