    Default numb and painful feet

I have fallen arches and have always walked like a duck. When I practice walking or standing with my toes pointed straight ahead I feel like I am walking a tightrope. I also have very little balance.

My feet give me fits any time I have to stand for a short period or walk a lot. I just started the T-Tapp More. (5 days in and pretty sore but bound and determined to stick) and the biggest problem I have is that my toes go numb and my feet hurt awful. I've been able to do most of the exercises but just wondered if there is anything I could be doing to alleviate the pain in my feet. I have sketchers and wear them.

I am sure a trainer will pop in and give you some great advice, but I wanted to let you know that your balance will improve with T-Tapp. Mine definitely has. I feel more in control of my movements than ever before. Sure-footed. I used to walk like a duck, too, but with practice and focus, I have a straight gait. Best wishes.

This is just from my own personal experience, as I have plantar fasciitis and T-Tapp has really helped tremendously with it. What I do is always keep the weight to the outside edge of the foot/last 2 toes. This lifts my arches. If and when I feel any cramping, I lift my toes. I concentrate on NOT gripping with my toes at all if I can help it. Lifting them gives me a good stretch and feels much better.

I'm sure others will pop in here and you'll get some great answers!
