More OoO questions

I'm ordering some Oil of Oregano today because my oldest is starting to get sick again. I know I have to dilute it before I apply it to his feet and along his spine..but how much do i dilute it? 2tsp per drop? Also, when I stop breastfeeding and start taking it, will it help clear up my severely dry and cracked feet? I read a thread on here about a lady whose feet sounded like mine and hers cleared up by taking the oil, tapping, and brushing. Also, in my research, I found that you are not supposed to take it longer than 6 weeks at a time. So how often do you take it? I'm ordering it with my Nutiva coconut oil, which i heard is also good for my skin. Anyway, thank you ladies in advance for your thoughts..Have a good day!

I have not heard about using OoO up to 6 weeks, as I certainty use it all the time, whenever I am sick.

How old is your oldest? If it is a baby, and you are rubbing it on the sole of the the baby's feet, then what even that irritating, and let it be absorbed transdermal as often as possible, also on the buttock and along the spine up to the neck and the base on the skull.

Your oldest is 16, sublingual is better, keep the diluted oil under the tongue as long as one can handle before swallowing and drink warm water to wash down.

I found using vitamin D3 at the same time with OoO creates a synergist effect, it helps getting well better than either alone.

I took OoO when I was pregnant and breastfeeding, I even apply diluted OoO on myself before and after topically when my son's thrust spread to me.

If your cracked feet is due to insufficient essential fatty acid, you need to increase your good fat intake, coconut oil and Omega 3 will help. If you crack feet is related to yeast, altheltic feet, fungus, then OoO will help. I heard magnesium oil soak will help crack feet, I personally did not have the time and patience for it, so I drink Prill water (you can find out from healthandwisdom.com. You can go peek or search Prill water thread posted by many tapper and Joan.

Magnesium oil foot soaks absolutely cured my cracked feet amongst many other things. Thank you for posting your question about OoO and for the answer, too. I learn so much on this forum. I hope he feels better soon.

Btw, have you ever taken Coconut Oil to kill the wee beasties? We use it a lot and it works so well. We also like to crush or finely chop garlic, mix it with Coconut OIl and Cayenne pepper and honey and take that whenever sick, especially in sinus/throat. It's soothing and really helps with the elimination of gunk. coconut oil also kills MRSA amongst other forms of staph and strep.

OoO kills most of the virus, bacteria, yeast, fugus and it is also antiseptic. It is a good go to cure most including anti-biotics resistant virus and bacteria like MRSA.

However, it also kills the beneficial gut flora, so, if you don't have a bad case of anything, I will not take it to feel well as a daily supplement. If you consume too much sugar, and not enough nurients that cause your chronic problem, I will address the root cause, instead of relying on the cure all as a crutch.

I agreed with Pamela on the medicinal effect of cayenne, apple cider vinegar, garlic, etc. Those are less killing strong spice and herbs that will also do wonders.

When you take OoO regularly, after the full course to kill whatever you want to kill, you will need to increase intake of yogurt, kifir, whatever good fermented food for your guts. if you do need to take OoO daily, take OoO in the morning, and eat your yogurt at night to help replenish the good bacteria.

If they are this young, then it will be the transdermal method. In addition, the spine, the base of the skull and behind the ear rubbing. If the child catch ear infection (might be after the flu or colds), a few drop inside the ear canal might also be good. I just fix my 9 year's ear infection and fever with OoO the day before yesterday, including taking OoO capsules internally. He also got a stomach flu, so two doses of OoO today too.
