But there is no need to keep waiting, I can tell you a little bit about this.

If you don't want to chat or join any support group under the General section, you can sign up for habit former. You just report what you did for the week.

Normally, it is 2 tracks. Full workout or short workout, there is another thread for the details. Sign up with Tamara by sending her a email.

The week you get your 3 workouts done, you get 1 point. Your points can be accumulated to get discounts for T-Tapp product at up to 15% off.

If you are a checklist type of person, it will help. It is accountability with reward and no socializing required.

Are HFs dollars equivelant to norml money? What I mean is....say, I want a dvd that costs $30.00 and I have $12 with HF, will get to buy the dvd for $18.00?

Nope, it is up to 15%. $30 DVD's 15% off is $4.50. So, your place the order via Tamara, and you pay Tamara $25.40 for the $30.

When I purchased from Tamara before, she said there was also 20% that she gives for buying from her. I can't recall the details, but I do believe it was in addition to the up to 15% off for the Habit Former points.
Her shipping is also super fast, so it is good if you live in the Western side of the US. Here in WA, we are the farthest possible we can be from Safety Harbor, FL, and shipping always takes so long. She is in Nebraska, so it's much quicker.
