    Default Tightening after C-section

    Hi,
I had a C-Section with my son. Does anyone have tips for strengthtening this area? I did gain to much weight with depression, however the depression is gone and the weight is slow to leave. I have been doing the Basic Work Out and Organs in place/Half Frogs.

OIP/HFs are great for that! If you have problems keeping your abs activated and lower back pressed flat against the floor for HFs, put a handtowel rolled lengthwise just below your tailbone--that helps you curl your core. I had a section with my last one, about 4 months before I found T-Tapp!

The Mitten Chop Box on YouTube, My Fox Atlanta is great, too! You can go to YouTube, type in T-Tapp+My Fox Atlanta and it's usually the first one to come up!

Also, when sitting, standing, driving, working out--think to pull your belly button UP and BACK to your spine. A tapper shared an analogy she learned in ballet of the navel being a pearl, and you are trying to bring it up and in its "shell", the ribcage. That really, really helps!

    HTH!
