Thread: My Goals

  1. #1

    Default My Goals

To become healthier and smaller and hopefully gain back some of my inch loss on heigth.
The schedule I have come up with is: BWO+ SATI BWO+ SATI BWO+ SATI day off (with hoe downs and if needed another day off) I would like to add OIP HF and AL. I know OIP can been done more frequently and AL can be done 10 days in a row. I want to add them in but not sure how to do it, so that I am not overdoing it. I do have more energy from doing t tapp so taking less naps and I am sleeping better. I am flexible so if something comes up or happens I can adjust my schedule.

    Fantastic goals!

OIP/HF goes in well at night before bed. I usually suggest that people do AL 10 days in a row, then go to 3 or so times per week to keep the results. I'd just add them after OIP/HF. If you don't want to do them before bed, you can do it at any time during the day.

Sounds like you're well aware of the need to listen to what your body is telling you, so I think you'll be fine!

I can NOT do AL just before bed. It makes me SWEAT... (and there's nothing nastier than climbing into bed all sweaty and sticky...) (My dh is an over-the-road trucker so is only home 4 nights a month - so I'm alone. snuffle)
