Victorys, you can to go YouTube to find a great variation on The Box called "Mitten Chop Box"! If I post the link it always embeds the video, so go to YouTube, type in My Fox Atlanta+T-Tapp and I think it's the first thing to come up!

Takes "The Box" to a whole new level!

    Thank you for advice, Trisch!
I will try to find it. I'm rather "wide" at my waist due to "wide" rib cage and I didn't know that this move could help me to be more "slender" My relatives used to say that it is "genetic" and I could do nothing with it (They say almost the same about thighs and cellulites on them But I do see improvement there thanks to tapping!).
So I would like to find out how I would look like doing additionally few "Boxes" each day. May be I even amaze myself. I just want to find out how it will work on me. I don't want to miss my chance for improvement doing nothing!

Berei, who is 83, said the Mitten Chop variation of The Box helped her get her tummy flatter than it's been in years! It can be done!

Abbie, I'm so glad you posted this. I've just started trying to incorporate East West Breathing yesterday - so this is a great incentive. I do have one question, for you or Michelle or anyone. I know this sounds picky, but I want to do it right. I've read many times to make sure I exhale on twisting moves - does that mean exhale when I twist? It feels awkward to exhale, then twist. Told you it was picky, but I want to do everything I can to trim my middle!

This EW breathing sounds very much like yoga breaths, where you always exhale when doing a spinal twist. Is that correct?

Hi Tami!! Yes, you do exhale while twisting. You want to have as little air as possible in your stomache so you can really twist!!Also, breath during All the moves....so many times we hold our breath (I include) that we need to conciously remind ourselves to BREATH! How crazy is that? Well, I HTH!

Thanks Abbie! By the way, I love seeing a 16yo on here. Trying to talk my 15yo into doing T-Tapp with me. She doesn't have any weight issues, other than her parents' DNA, which means she needs to stay on top of her health before it gets away from her. You are such an articulate young woman - you remind me of my daughter. Maybe knowing another smart young adult her age is doing this will be encouraging to her.
