    Default My Bootcamp

Back in Aug/Sept. I did a 14-day BWO bootcamp and took the following day off when it was done. That day, I went hiking with friends and pulled lots of muscles in my calves, plus I tired out my knees. It took forever for my calves to heal. I fell off the T-Tapp wagon until this past Wednesday. I just finished a 4-day TWO bootcamp and am seeing results already. If I stick with just a 4-day and then switch to every other day, will I still drop sizes/inches? I'm a size 26(probably closer to a 24 now) and I'd love to get down to an 8. Am I going to have to do a full 14-day b.c. to get those results? I think I could maybe extend this to a full 7-days but I'm not sure about a 10 or 14.

You don't have to do 14 days, consistency is key. Be consistent, eat well, stay hydrated. Congrats on your bootcamp.
