God Made/ Man Made, that is Teresa's way of eating. Eat God Made food (that means as natural and in its nature's state as possible) for 2 days or 3 days, then, you can have a Man Made treat (not an entire Man Made day).

Cake, cookie, cheese cake, pasta obviously are not found from a tree or a brush, or can be hunted and milked or fished..., those are man made food. You can have a moderate amount once every few days.

High frutose corn syrup, fat free dressing and miracle whip, MSG, Splenda, hydrogenated oil, margarine, you know you cannot make it in your kitchen, so they are lab made.

Cbuffy, I like this pioneer woman, when you knew what food was suppose to look like, car, electricity, internet, cell phone and indoor plumbing=paradise!

The best book I ever read about food and how it affects your body is called Deep Nutrition. I can't recommend this book highly enough. Totally fascinating! I got it from Amazon but I imagine most book stores carry it.

I love the GM/MM diet theory and have been doing this consistently for quite some time. Unfortunately MM foods do taste so good and have such addictive qualities. I limit myself to MM treats once a week to stay in check.
