How in the world do you get all the way through DD? MAN it burns so much... but I know it's a good thing! I will try it again, I haven't given up... but so far I cannot make it all the way through! Do you just keep going and pushing through it, or do you take tiny little breaks (for just a few seconds) in between to relieve the burning? Teresa's not kidding when she talks about the burn! I remember watching her do it, before actually trying it, and thinking to myself, "OK, these look pretty simple... no problem..." HA! The joke was on me

I love, love, love diva derrier! I think of all the floor exercises this has to be my favorite because every single time I do it I feel "the burn."
