Question ALFALFA AND O BLOOD TYPE

I have been listening to the Personal Profile CD from T-Tapp. It has information on blood type and eating for your type. This prompted me to check into the information from Peter D'Adamo's book "Eat Right For Your Blood Type". I am a type O and on the food lists, alfalfa is listed as a food to avoid for type O. Does anyone have any further information? I have been taking alfalfa as part of the CRT system since around the end of January. It does sometimes make me have a slight heartburn sensation with burping.

I'm a type 0 and I don't take alfalfa. I have never muscle tested well on alfalfa. I would be interested in others experiences.

I am 59 and stronger than I have ever been and more than ready for this next stage of life. I plan on keeping my muscle strength, bone strength and flexibility through t-tapp way into my 90's. Think of all the fun I am going to have the next 30 years!!

I'm an A but have strong O overtones due to my mom (I don't do well on the A's "allowed" foods only). I do take alfalfa with no problems--Teresa's, anyway!

Remember that Teresa's has no stems or seeds and that does make a difference. When I was on another alfalfa (considered a good brand), I did not have the good results I do with Teresa's. I even used to take Shaklee's years ago and didn't have this good of results!

For what it's worth, I take 9 daily, 12 daily the week of my cycle.

    HTH!

    O/
Raising my hand, here, as another O blood type. I would not ever be without Teresa's Premium Alfalfa. Ever.
Teresa has studied with original ER4BT author and she herself is an O, as well.
I believe you have to try if for yourself, because we are all such a mix of our food sensitivities, blood types and heritages.........

I am O+, and I take Teresa's alfalfa. I've never experienced this reflux that you're describing. Could it be that you have overtones of another blood type that are causing it? Or, maybe I have A overtones that are preventing it? (I am, after all, the only O blood type in my family--my parents and sisters are all A+.)

And, Teresa's alfalfa is the only one I've ever tried, so I have nothing to draw a comparison from.

I am also very interested to in hearing from others on the subject.

I am O+ also...i take Teresa's alfalfa & do fine with it. I take 3 in the morning, 3 before bed. It has stopped my hot flashes/night sweats. That's the only thing I've been doing different.

I'm a type O. I took 16 capsules of the alfalfa daily for 6 months. I didn't have reflux issues, but I never saw improvements, so I stopped. Taking that much is way too pricey if I don't see a benefit, and I felt that after 6 months I should have seen some improvement. Everyone's different, and so much is a matter of trial and error. Perhaps you could stop taking it for awhile and see if your reflux corrects itself.

This really could be how you are taking it. If you are taking it alone or on top of food, it may be the difference. I'd try taking it before food and see if it makes a difference.

Thank you for all of the replies. They were very helpful. I will go back down from 9 to 6 a day and take with meals. On the Cellulite CD Teresa lists so many benefits of taking the premium blend Alflalfa that I want to continue to take it. I haven't really noticed much difference in my skin but there are so many other benefits.
BTW, I have have uploaded my profile pic to my profile but it doesn't show it with my post. Is that because I am a newbie member or other people see it but I don't?

Hi - I am O negative and I have to say I noticed no improvements with alfalfa. Very sad.
