    Smile basic workout plus...rundown

hello all, i have been tapping on and off for over 10 years now. I recently moved to LA from NYC, and I KNOW i found my basic workout plus dvd in one of my boxes, but i have no idea where it is now and i want to use it! So frustrating! I know the moves, and I prefer not to do it this way, but can anyone give me the order of the workout? I have the book, but of course I have no idea where that is either. Thanks in advance!

    No problem! Here's the rest:

Lunges (with little plies between sides)
Balance (with lat presses after each side)
    Puppet Pulls
    Airplane Stretches/Airplanes
    TTN
    Runner's Stretch
Arms portion: Bicep Curls, Reverse Bicep Curls, Combo, reverse Combo, Clap/pulls, Hitchhikers, "Airplanes" with arms (like reverse combos, only you pull elbows forward, punch, then bring arms up and down like airplane--hope that makes sense!) Stretches, Butterflies, Lat Pulls, Tricep Curls, Shake out
    Torso Twist
    Step Lifts
    LawnMowers

    HTH!

Your arms are out, as in Butterflies, then you bend elbows, pulling them forward. You are keeping ribs up during this time and engaging the lats while "pulling". (Hence the name!) Then you go out again, straight arms, keeping lats engaged at all times. HTH!

Yes, a new tweak if you will. Think to lift the breastbone to the ceiling--I like it better than saying "shoulders back" as many of us were over-invasively squeezing the shoulder blades too much as well as pulling the shoulders down, using the traps vs. lats. Ribs up pulls the ribcage out of your tummy area, making more room for organs, gets the shoulders back in alignment with hips and helps you stand tall and straight without feeling like you are "at attention" in the military!

    HTH!
