Trisch thanks for sharing this. I'm glad to hear it's not just me who gets in those moods LOL I know typically when I'm feeling like that, exercise is the very last thing I want to do so I completely agree.. we need an alarm!

    Oh and good job Peggy!

My dh has me totally figured out. If I am having a bad day he will sweetly ask if I exercised yet today, and if I haven't he suggests I take some time and T-Tapp. He makes sure I get my tapping time.

    Blessings,
    Angie

Way to go with sticking with it and doing it when you didn't feel like it. I had that day yesterday. My outdoor run was brutal...I felt like I was running with jello legs but I got through it (with a lot of walking) and am glad I did. Be proud of yourself...you are doing a great thing in teaching others!

I know that lately I felt this way a lot and for us here, in Canada, it is usually what I'd call "Winter Blues"... This is the time by the end of winter where you ARE tired for no reasons, and you feel sad for no reasons....
Although it is officially Spring, the snow is still around, the cold is still around and yes, a lot of times, it's still grey outside, with not even a peek of the sun. So it's understandable that our body and mind are tired of all this...
Can't wait for the snow to be gone for good !

T-tapp for Life ! Decided not to measure every weeks... only when I notice visible changes.
