    Default 1st Anniversary!

Today is my one year anniversary for Tapping! A great big thank you to Trisch (BlessedMama) for strongly encouraging me to try T-Tapp for my health and an even bigger thank you to Teresa for creating this amazing workout! I was an emotional, hormonal, getting pudgy self when in desperation I called my dear friend Trisch and cried HELP! I had fallen off the workout wagon about two years earlier due to family issues (terminal father-in-law, hubby in paramedic school) and couldn't get back on track with aerobics due to extreme mental/physical fatigue. Enter T-Tapp BWO+ and SATI and my life has not been the same! I was so impressed with the inch loss my first week I kept going and have lost a total of 21.25 inches, including 5.5 from my waist alone!

I am an extremely active 45 years young, wife of one very dear hubby, homeschooling mother of 4, equine mom of 5, volunteer Emergency Medical Responder with a less to lose short torso long leg body type, but oh so much to gain! I sleep like a rock, have balanced hormones, foggy brain is gone, energy level is up there with the energizer bunny and I am confident that I have a lifelong workout at my disposal!

Again thank you Teresa from the bottom of my core and heart!

Congrats! You have accomplished so much! Is the foggy brain really gone? That is one thing that I really want to lose (I think even more than the pudge right now....) How consistent were you?

Cheerful, I worked out consistently 4 to 6 times a week with BWO+ and/or SATI. In the first few months I did TWO a couple of times, but with time constraints I defaulted to the shorter workouts. After the holidays I had a couple of slow weeks, only one or no workouts, due to exhaustion and equine woes, but have gotten back on track now. I really didn't change my eating habits consciously, but tapping changed my eating desires. I also use Teresa's PG spray, B12 and alfalfa consistently with great results.

Congratulations, Anita! We started T-Tapping about the same time, although I have used MORE more than BWO+. This anniversary is something to celebrate!
