    Default Haelan 951?

As many of you know, I recently had a recurrence of invasive ductal carcinoma....and last Wednesday, I had two more tumors surgically removed. I'm hoping that that will be the last of any cancer surgeries for me, but I guess I shouldn't bet on it...

Anyway, I've decided to forgo any chemo or anti-estrogenic treatments; rather, I'm going to take Haelan 951, which is a natural anti-estrogenic product made of fermented soy. I was wondering, though, if any Tappers (or people you know) have ever taken this product for cancer. If so, I could really use some feedback.

    Thanks!

I'm not familiar with it, Laura, but I'm sending you so much love and support. You have been such a good friend to me for a long time.

I also recommend you try the Healing Codes to help you heal and to support your process.

I've never heard of it but would be interested in what you find out. Hugs & love & support from a fellow breast cancer survivor.

Laura, I do not have specific info on that drug, but I do know that T.S. Wiley discusses the use of hormone ablating drugs (like tamoxifen, et al) in her book Sex, Lies, and Menopause, which she wrote with oncologist Dr. Julie Taguchi (and Bent Formby). She goes into great detail and depth about the hormone processes and what the effects these drugs have, both on cancer and the rest of our bodies. At the very least, you'd have a very good understanding of the process and what questions to ask and what you should be concerned about. Best wishes!
