Skin Saver Series
Skin Saver Face twice daily --Teresa used it on her neck, elbows and tops of shoulders
It contains botanical squalene which is a fine olive oil
It also takes away keloid scars--flattens them! Mix Skin Saver Face with more Skin Saver Solution.
It is anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-microbial.
Oily skin--it makes it less oily
Dry skin--hydrates it
You can put on Skin Saver face and take dead sea salt and pat in hands and then on face, add a little water and put on just to dissolve. Leave on 20 minutes or overnight.
You can add Skin Saver Solution to your favorite lotion.

Dead Sea Mineral Salt
Trader Joe's has it cheaper than she can buy it!
You can add almond oil to the dead sea salt and make your own mask.
Berei uses the dead sea salt, Skin Saver Face and Skin Saver Body--beautiful skin at 83! (I can vouch for this--Teresa told us to go out and touch Berei's arms and they are truly lovely! And she is lovely from head to toe--when my family came to say hi to her she was getting a pedicure! )

Resveratrol ( I didn't write anything down here, but I know Dr. Rob recommended last year that all women should be getting at least 250 mg. of this daily)

Grapefruit Essential Oil

~You can use it to clean your body brush--put a few drops in the palm of your hand and brush across the palm, let dry

~good for those allergic to alfalfa
~helps with hormones
~helps rid abdominal fat
~crosses blood/brain barrier
~improves mental clarity

At 10:00 a.m. and 2 p.m. take Gentle Transitions and alfalfa
