    Exactly, Aurora! For example, I used to do TW straight through--no problem! Now I can only work through portions of it. I guess that's a good thing!

    Today, when I did the More, I started looking at the clock at Min 18, I feel so bad.

    Oho, Aurora!! You have arrived!! When your personal max changes and your activation has improved, that 15 min just seems almost "too" much!!! You are doing so great!

    WOW--Trisch! That is definitely something to chew on! Especially that last part. How often am I NOT helping myself because I'm not building 'in order'? What a great encouragement---our bodies WILL improve and be altered....just keep building in the order that is needed.

    Jennifer, I start thinking, hey, I remember everyone in the 6 weeker's were only able to do 15 mins when I first started, so I really have arrived. I can join the 15 mins EOD club.

    I will no longer be suffering from the "how can a 15 mins workout help lose weight and maintain it" question. It is just tried and true, it will happen when we follow the program and are ready.
