Finally what I read is, we all should buy TWO and CC, CC2 right at the beginning. It should be the Start Package. Right?

See, now I own most of the DVD, I can really compare and I do not have adrenal issue. If I am to send my sister a DVD for the floor program, she is a newbie doing BWO+, I will send CC, even it is 75 mins or 45 mins, way over her limit for 15 mins activation a day. She can break it up 10-15 mins a day, and it will be very beneficial and good complement to BWO+ or a good primer for TWO.
Even I send her HTFS of HTF, she is not going to finish the wo (with her 15 mins day wo committment). so we don't have the distraction of 30 mins wo vs 45 mins or 75 mins issue. We order workout wiht the mind set of completing the workout is better than the real activations, but in fact, that is not true. The best results is from real activations, not check the box of what you have completed with bad forms and no activations everyday or EOD.
CC is slower and allows better activation than HTFS to me. I was always curious about HTF when I only have CC and Ladybug for floor. Once I have it, I am still sticking with CC. It is good for TOM too, better than Ladybug to relieve TOM cramp like pressure. One day I will graduate from CC to HTFS or HTF, but probably not in 2011.

For starter, I think we should get More and CC. More can be double up and triple up as stamina grows, it has Broom for alignment and lats, it has a watered down Step Away the Inches for extra fat burning and lymphatic movement, it has the irreplaceable More Chair, that is actually a disguise arm and torso session.
Maybe I need to tell my baby sister to start going thru the More instead of staying on BWO+ for overall toning. My older sister is not doing the More as she promised she would. My Baby sister's achilles heels' tendon was torn 2 years ago, BWO+ helps (no more physcial therapy needs), but still hurts sometimes. I think she should do More and see if there is improvement. If not, I will have to give her the barefoot, warmup #1. I have duplicate Broom and Finger and Foot waiting to send her, when she is ready.

I don't really think I am a trainer material. I am very strict, I am not nearly ever as compassionate as Trisch. I am analytical, that is my vocational habit.

oooo it was obivous to me that you are rational/analytical/strict. I can read it easily in each posts. Nothing bad about that... I was more thinking about Trainer for Chinese people who tend to be more like that too. No? Well each I know are strict, rational, analytical. It's very cultural. Again, it's fine... You would be a good trainer with your community, in my opinion.
(I am in the people business since I'm very young and I've found jobs to more than 1000 people, met thousands and thousands of people. I can feel people even from a computer
I'm rarely destabilized by someone. I see and feel, very sensitive. And seriously you would be a great trainer for your community. That said it's your choice, that I cannot say ... but "material talking" yes you are. Big time.)

About MORE, CC or TWO and CC. I cannot say. I was saying they should add CC because for now they are selling TWO (or just BWO+ ) for the beginners...
I think I have MORE I should look at it, after reading the description you've done, it seems interesting.

More is consider beginner package too, you don't have to be in TappClub to buy. However, we need to be in TappClub, that means already owning TWO and More to buy the Tempo, Maxi and Retreat series.
Chinese, especially from Hong Kong, are like me. I am actually more mellow than most. New Yorkers in the East, that is us.

No problem, there are confusion among us on what to buy next. The issue is, what should we buy and master first before we move on. If I only have money to buy 1 exercise, I will buy More. If I have enough money to buy 2 DVD, CC would be the second.
