Hoedown "window"?
I think this question may have been asked before...
I know that, after eating something carb-y, it's good to do 2 sets of HD's. My question is: How long do I have before I lose the chance to undo the carbs? 20 minutes? 1 hour? What if I'm full and it seems wrong to get my HR up right away?
Is there a way to tell?
