Lightbulb Are you ready for the challenge?!

Ladies, are you ready to start January Jump Start tomorrow? I am ready Can't wait! I have my schedule done, I even have a brand new notebook dedicated to it! I wasn't a big fan of writing schedules or following plans but see me now! I write details about my wo and measurements in 3 different places and never sure if it's enough. And more importantly, I am following them! With pleasure!

So I just wanted to say good luck to all of you who will participate! The official winners will be very few BUT all of us will benefit at the end of February - better health, better sleep, better posture, tons of positive emotions, maybe some inches off too, maybe even some pounds! So don't forget - wins the one who participates! So I am in in in! Here I go! Hope you too!

    Have a great day!

    Gergana

    Very excited about the Challenge!

On a humorous side note... I was telling my DH about the rules for the challenge, the newspaper, the photos, etc. He said, "So... won't most people just try to get as fat and bloated as they can before the Challenge, so that they'll look that much better after a month of T-Tapping and healthy eating?"

I laughed hysterically and said, "I can pretty much guarantee you... no woman would ever have that thought process!"

    Thank you, Tamara!

Yes, Katie, I know what you mean One can surely think like that but at the same time one cannot imagine people to see her worse than the best possible way Good luck to you too!

Sorry, there ARE women who'd think of that -- I thought of it and I was a woman last time I checked. But with college degrees in Physics and Atmospheric Science, I know I don't think like a lot of women, either! Still, I'm not about to DO it, because I don't want to have to do the extra work it will take to lose any extra flab I could have gained in a few days.

My challenge is going to find time to measure and take pictures! Thursdays are always hard days for me. I come to work early and will attend a sports event after that, so will have to squeeze in photos and measurements after I get home around 9pm (and I'm usually getting tired by then... lately I've been going to bed at 9:30!). Now we all know that you're usually lightest in the morning -- so I expect my measurements will be up a little, compared to what they are when I usually measure (in the morning).

I am sure someone will try that, but what if the plot back fired? What if getting fat and bloated takes a few more months to amend?

Can't do the challenge this time due to adrenal issues but I will really enjoy reading about everyone's progress! It is very inspiring and motivating! Good luck to all who are participating!
