    Default Indianapolis Workshop ???

I am thinking about going to the Indianapolis workshop in March. Can someone tell me what we do there?

I do T-tapp by myself & don't know if I do the moves correctly sometimes. In a workshop, is there any one-on-one instruction? Do you go through the workouts?

Indy Anna, there is usually a small group, and the trainer (Lisa is fabulous, btw!) will explain how to do the moves, as well as offer form tips and tweaks. She will also "spot" you and the others, to see if you need help. You can also ask questions about anything you don't understand. You will go through the workout at a slower pace with usually fewer reps. Sometimes you spend a lot of time "setting up" to understand where you're going with a move, then you'll do some reps. There's usually lots of kick outs and breaks. In spite of the slower pace, your muscles will find it more intense! Be prepared for a nice dead sea or epsom salt soak when you're done that night!

I have loved every clinic I've been to and have learned so much at each one! I hated to miss Lisa's clinic up in my neck of the woods last Saturday!

I think you will find it is money and time well-spent!

    HTH!
