    Has anyone used ALCAT or EliSa tests for food intolerances? If so, what was your experience with them?

    Okay, I am going to be NO help, but when I saw EliSa I thought, what? Somebody testing their goats for CAE?! LOL!

    I had the EliSa test done many moons ago. I learned I was sensitive to things I ate daily and never knew were issues. Bananas, oats, beans. I eliminated them for a long time, and never noticed a difference then or now. So I'm not much help....

    I just ran across this thread. I know someone who had her son tested. He had eczema and digestive issues. They had tried eliminating the usual dietary offenders, dairy, gluten, but he didn't improve. So the test showed he was sensitive to those things but also some of the things they were replacing those with such as corn and almond (almond milk). There was a whole list of things so they put him on a rotation diet and he is improving now.
